Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's phky account without compensation.

By using phky, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.
phky reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the phky platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to first contact phky's customer support team to seek resolution of any complaint before initiating formal legal proceedings.
